Central Services Specialist, Part-Time and Full-Time

Under general supervision is responsible for handling the Bank’s back office operations and auxiliary products. This may include but is not limited to, processing of Attachments, Levies, Writs of Execution, Collections, Charge-backs, Adjustments, Large Item verification, Wires and the setup, maintenance and customer support of Credit and Debit cards, Online banking, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Mobile Banking and Telephone Banking.


Possess High School Diploma or equivalent. Posses a basic understanding of bank operations and/or new accounts developed through several years of actual on site experience (2 years minimum, 3 years preferred) or equivalent combination of outside experience and/or education. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized and be able to manage a diverse, fast paced environment. Must be able to demonstrate efficient computer related skills (Windows, Word, and Excel).
