Assembles construction loan file in accordance with Bank procedures. Coordinates communication between borrower, loan officer and field inspector. Disburses funds in accordance with loan agreements and inspection reports. Maintains informational records. Maintains construction loan balances. Explains policies and procedures to public. Examines and interprets agreements. Reviews inspection reports and issues checks or causes funds to be deposited to appropriate accounts. Conducts a periodic review of all construction accounts in progress and issues status letters.Requirements:
Requires two to four years experience in construction loan disbursements. Must possess knowledge of government regulations, lien laws, escrow procedures and institution policies. Must possess extensive knowledge of spreadsheets and have the ability to write formulas. Knowledge of the construction industry and construction process. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills in order to present concise reports to management and to effectively communicate with customers. Must possess knowledge of how construction loans are structured in order to apply proper disbursement procedures.
