Responsible for the development, planning and strategy of a full service branch office. The Branch Manager provides the appropriate supervision, support and coaching necessary, to ensure that the branch is balanced, opened, closed and secure and that all Bank policies and procedures are followed while providing the highest quality of customer service. The Branch Manager will maintain and develop a loan and deposit portfolio of customers and prospects through various business development activities.Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Preferred and a minimum of five years related work experience required. Possesses an understanding of bank operations attained through several years of work related experience. Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to employees, customers and senior management. Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills. A clear understanding of bank policies and procedures in addition to banking regulations. A thorough knowledge of the Bank’s products including; deposit, consumer, business and real estate products, associated fees and the related consumer protection laws. Possesses a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Ability to do preliminary financial analysis of consumer, business and real estate loan requests.Computer literate in order to utilize the various software programs available to the bank, including Microsoft Word and Excel.We are proud to be an Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity Employer.
