Responsible for overseeing branch operational activities including, customer service, problem resolution, account servicing and supervision of branch operations staff. Coaches and motivates staff to attain branch goals. May manage a larger staff as a result of increased activities and/or larger deposit base. Serves as the Tellers’ first point of contact.Requirements:
A minimum of three years of experience as an Operations Supervisor I or equivalent outside experience at another banking institution required (3 through 5 years preferred). Associate’s College Degree with course work in finance, business management, or accounting preferred. Demonstrates understanding of bank operations attained through several years of on-site experience (three years required). Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated supervisory skills. Thorough knowledge of the bank’s policies and procedures in addition to loan protection laws and banking regulations. Computer literate in order to utilize the various software programs available to the bank, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
